Where are my files after I pay?
On the order page right away, in your confirmation email, and in your account under Library.
The email did not arrive.
Check your spam folder, then sign in to your account: your files are in the Library. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number.
My download link expired.
Links work 5 times within 30 days for security. Sign in to get fresh links at any time.
Reading on your device
iPhone and iPad
- Download the PDF in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Books.
- The book opens in Apple Books.
Android
- Open Google Play Books.
- Choose Upload files and pick the PDF.
- The book appears in your library.
Windows and Mac
- Download the file.
- Open the PDF in any PDF reader.
- Need another format? Contact us with your order number.
Payments
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Do you add tax?
Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout from your country. [To complete once tax settings are final.]
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order in your account has a downloadable invoice.
Refunds
The file does not open.
Contact us with your order number. We send a working file or refund you.
Can I return an ebook?

Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out with just your email. Creating a password lets you download again later.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
